Kreider Homes LLC was founded in 2005 by Gary Kreider after his desire to
expand an already-successful framing contracting business. Gary had a need to
serve his clients in a more comprehensive manner by taking a collaborative
approach in the building process. Since then, Kreider Homes LLC has expanded
services to cover not only framing but all aspects of the building experience from
the ground up. With an eye for detail and design, we work side-by-side with the
clients to achieve their goals while being mindful about saving time and money
without compromising quality.
Kreider Homes LLC has built a solid foundation and reputation in the greater
Thurston County area for being a leader in residential and commercial
